Return Policy

ALL PPE ARE FINAL SALE – No Returns or Exchanges

Customers may return new, unused, and unopened products in resellable condition within 30 days of purchase. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days.

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.), we will arrange return shipping via our courier, and provide authorization and instructions on how to return the package.
  • If the return is due to a customer error, a 20% restocking fee will apply and the customer will be responsible for shipping costs.
  • Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If your order is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Temperature-sensitive products
  • Custom/special orders or personalized items
  • Non-stock items ordered specifically at customer request
  • Clearance and final sale items

Exchanges

For faster service, we recommend returning the unwanted item (if eligible) and placing a new order for the desired product.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note, processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
